As reported by WBNG in their article “New York DMV announces new rules for repeat DUI offenders,” the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles recently passed stricter regulations when it comes to driving under the influence of alcohol or other drugs.
“New Yorkers who repeatedly drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol will now permanently lose their license after four convictions or incidents,” WBNG said.
